For customers in Sydney, our products can be viewed at our business partner locations in Rouse Hill and Penrith, where you can explore selected products, colours, finishes and materials.

We’re also expanding, with a Berara Design showroom on the Central Coast coming soon.

We recommend contacting us before your visit to arrange a suitable time and confirm that the products you’re interested in are available to view.

Yes. We offer delivery across Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle areas.

Delivery costs vary depending on your location, order size and product length. Simply contact us with your suburb and order details, and our team will provide you with a delivery quote.

Our scheduled delivery days are Tuesdays and Fridays each week. Please note that weekend delivery is not available.

While Berara Design does not provide installation directly, we can connect you with experienced independent installers who are familiar with our products.

Simply send us your contact number, project address, photos of the project area, and measurements if available, and we’ll refer your project to our installers.

You can receive quotes from different installers, allowing you to compare pricing and availability and choose the installer that best suits your project and budget.

There are a few easy ways to work out how many panels you’ll need for your project.

You can use our online Panel Calculator on the Berara Design website by entering your wall or ceiling dimensions to get an estimated number of panels required.

You can also follow our panel calculation guides on our Instagram and Facebook pages to calculate the quantity yourself.

Or, simply send us your wall or ceiling width and height, and our team will calculate the approximate number of panels you’ll need.

We also recommend allowing a small amount of extra material for cutting and wastage, depending on your project and installation requirements.

Yes. Many of our wall panel products are DIY-friendly and can be installed using basic tools if you’re comfortable with home improvement projects.

We also provide installation guides to help you understand the recommended installation process for our products.

For larger projects, high walls, ceilings or more complex installations, we recommend using an experienced installer. If you need professional installation, simply contact us and we can connect you with independent installers who can provide quotes for your project.

Yes. Our products are available in a wide range of colours, textures and finishes to complement different interior and exterior design styles.

Depending on the product range, options include natural timber-look finishes such as oak and walnut, contemporary black and white tones, marble-look designs, and other modern finishes.

Yes. We offer sample packs for both our indoor and outdoor panel ranges, so you can see and feel the colours, finishes and materials before placing your full order.

Our sample packs are currently $35 after a 30% discount.

Even better, the $35 sample cost will be credited back to you on your first qualifying panel order, allowing you to choose your preferred finish with confidence before purchasing.

Yes. We offer a range of adhesives and installation accessories to suit our wall panel products, including accessories for both indoor and outdoor applications.

Yes. As a direct supplier, Berara Design offers competitive pricing for builders, installers, tradespeople and customers purchasing larger quantities.

Simply contact our team with the products and quantities you require, and we’ll provide you with a tailored quote and the best available pricing for your order.

We want your purchase from Berara Design to be as simple and stress-free as possible.

If you receive your products and change your mind, decide they are not suitable for your project, or choose to change the colour after receiving the panels, eligible unused products can be returned in accordance with our return policy. Please note that all delivery and transportation costs associated with change-of-mind returns or colour changes are the customer’s responsibility, including the original delivery, return transportation, and delivery of replacement products.

If you open the packaging and discover that any panels are damaged before installation or use, please contact us promptly and provide photos of the damaged products and packaging. Once the damage has been assessed and confirmed, Berara Design will cover the delivery and transportation costs associated with collecting or returning the damaged panels and delivering eligible replacement panels.
