How to Install

WPC wall panels are easy to install with a few basic tools. Follow these simple steps for a clean and professional finish.

  1. Measure & Plan — Measure the height and width of your wall and plan where the panels will be positioned. Mark your starting point and use a level to ensure the panels will be straight.
  2. Prepare the Wall — Ensure the surface is clean, dry, smooth, and free from dust or loose materials. Repair any major uneven areas before installation.
  3. Measure & Cut — Measure each panel carefully before cutting. Use a fine-toothed saw for cutting across the panel. Make sure your measurements are accurate to minimise waste.
  4. Apply Adhesive — Apply a suitable high-grab construction adhesive to the back of the panel in lines or dots, following the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Fix the Panel — Position the panel against the wall, check that it is level, and press firmly into place. For additional support, panels can also be secured with suitable screws through the panel.
  6. Install the Remaining Panels — Continue installing the panels one by one, keeping each panel straight, level, and properly aligned with the previous panel.
  7. Final Check — Once all panels are installed, check the joins and edges, make any necessary adjustments, and clean the surface for a finished look.

Tip: Always use the correct adhesive and fixings for your wall surface and follow the manufacturer's installation recommendations.

Panel Calculator
  1. Measure the wall height — from floor to ceiling. This helps you choose the panel length.
  2. Measure the wall width in metres.
  3. Divide the width by 0.219m (our panel width) and round up to the next whole panel.
  4. Allow 10% extra for cutting, trimming and installation waste, rounded up.

Always measure your wall height and width carefully before ordering. For larger or more complex installations, allow additional material for cutting and wastage.
